Our Car Rental Terms

Motor Insurance and Insurance Procedures
All of our vehicles have rent a car insurance and are exempted from 3500 TL.
The exemption fee is valid in case of any accident, if the driver is absolutely not alcoholic. The driver is obliged to pay all costs without the involvement of motor insurance or insurance, if an alcoholic or non-contracted driver has an accident.
Traffic Fines
All kinds of responsibilities and financial penalties arising from non-compliance with traffic laws belong to the tenant. The time that will pass due to the fact that the vehicle is kept by the official and local authorities for whatever reason is considered within the contract period.
Driver's License and Age
There is no age restriction for the tenant at the time of the rental agreement. It is sufficient to complete the driver's license for 2 years or to have an international passport. In addition, an identity card will be required for vehicle delivery, and a passport for those residing abroad.
Prices
Rent a car insurance, compulsory traffic insurance, periodic maintenance of the vehicle are included in the prices specified in the Denizli rent a car price list. ASN Car Rental reserves the right to change prices.
Additional Drivers
In order for the vehicle to be used by persons other than the person renting the vehicle, the driver's license information of these drivers must be shown on the rental agreement (An additional fee will be charged for additional drivers). If the opposite is determined at the traffic controls or in case of any accident, all insurances will be deemed invalid and both the renter and the person driving the vehicle will be held responsible separately and jointly.
